1. About this policy

Pack & Close is a suitcase-packing puzzle game provided by Abdullah Tahir. This policy describes the current ad-free standalone mobile game. It also explains what happens when you contact support or visit this policy page.

The current game has no player account, cloud save, active advertising, in-app purchases, or remote analytics service. It does not automatically send your gameplay or saved progress to the developer.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores your settings, level unlocks and completions, unfinished packing boards, move and timer state, tutorial state, records, hints, and earned rewards on your device. This information allows you to resume a bag and retain your preferences and progress.

Local journals and recovery copies may retain earlier saved states to help recover from an interrupted or damaged save. These files are not automatically uploaded to us. The game does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other personal profile information to play.

3. Device access and services

Pack & Close plays bundled audio and can use device vibration for optional haptic feedback. It does not request microphone recording, camera, contacts, or precise-location access. Music, sound effects, and haptics can be controlled in Settings.

The current release contains no active advertising or purchase SDK and no remote analytics integration. We do not sell your personal information or share your local game progress with advertising companies.

4. Contacting support

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any screenshots or other information you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem, and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Support messages are handled through our email provider, Gmail, and retained only as needed to respond, resolve the issue, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about or request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below. We cannot retrieve or delete local game files remotely.

5. Retention, deletion, and backups

Game data remains on your device until it is removed or replaced. On Android, you can delete the app's local data through system Settings by selecting the app and clearing its storage. Uninstalling can also remove local app data. Clearing storage removes your progress and preferences and cannot be reversed through the game.

Your operating system may back up or restore app storage according to your device and account settings. Clearing local storage does not necessarily delete a separate operating-system backup. Manage those backups through your platform's settings. The developer does not operate a cloud-save service or hold a server copy of your progress.

6. Security and your choices

Local game data is stored in the app's storage area using the protections provided by your operating system. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected and share only information you are comfortable including in a support request.

You can play without creating an account or sending us personal information. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent to support, contact us below. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning that information.

7. Children's privacy

The current game does not ask players of any age to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to support can contact us to request its review and deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

8. This website and other platforms

This policy page is hosted on Abdullah Tahir's portfolio website. The website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure website visits and performance. The hosting service processes technical request information, such as network and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. These website services are separate from the installed game's local progress storage.

Google Play, your operating system, Gmail, and any browser or Expo Go used for testing have their own privacy practices. Information handled independently by those services is governed by their policies. Internal evaluation builds can offer voluntary local playtest-report exports; those reports are shared only when a tester chooses to export them and selects a destination. Those facilitator controls are hidden in the store release.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when data practices change. Before releasing advertising, purchases, cloud features, or other services that change data handling, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide choices where required. This policy describes the current ad-free version; it does not claim that planned services are already enabled.
